In 2004 author, Yael Wolinsky-Nahmias, featured Linda’s painting, “Choices” on her book cover, “Models, Numbers & Cases”, Univ. of Michigan Press 2004.

Linda is an active member of the Kennebec Valley Art Association in Hallowell, Maine. She has served as executive director, president, vice-president, secretary, publicity chairperson and newsletter editor.

In 2001 Linda was recognized for her volunteer work as a Spirit of America Unsung Hero. That same year she co-ordinated and raised the funds necessary to bring the Arts for the Parks national traveling art exhibition to the University of Maine at Augusta.

Linda has served as juror at the Maine Arts Commission and sidewalk shows. In addition, she teaches art privately and in Adult Educational Programs.

Linda has a studio on the Kennebec River in Bath Maine where she lives with her husband.
